Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu, along with his wife Namrata Shirodkar, is significantly impacting education through their philanthropic venture, the Mahesh Babu Foundation. In memory of Mahesh’s late father, Krishna, the couple established the Superstar Krishna Educational Fund to support 40 underprivileged students in their educational journey.
The foundation, initiated in 2020, initially focused on providing financial aid to children, especially those born with heart-related ailments. This compassionate initiative, inspired by their son Gautham’s health challenges, has already assisted over 2500 children under 10.
On the first remembrance day of Krishna, Mahesh paid heartfelt tributes and announced the educational scholarship program.
The Superstar Krishna Educational Fund will cover the educational expenses of deserving students from primary school to postgraduate studies, reflecting Mahesh’s commitment to impacting young lives.
Beyond this educational endeavor, Mahesh has consistently demonstrated his philanthropic side. His efforts extend to adopting villages, opening hospitals, and supporting various non-profit organizations. This new initiative is set to bring smiles to many families’ faces, further solidifying Mahesh’s reputation as a socially responsible celebrity.
As Mahesh continues to balance his roles in the film industry with upcoming projects under acclaimed directors Trivikram Srinivas and SS Rajamouli, his commitment to social service remains unwavering. The Superstar Krishna Educational Fund stands as a symbol of hope and empowerment, showcasing Mahesh Babu’s dedication to positively impacting the lives of underprivileged children and promoting access to education for a brighter future.
