There’s a lot of talk about Andhra Pradesh’s leader, Jagan Mohan Reddy, and how he might be holding back progress in the state. Some say he’s actually making more people poor on purpose, so they’ll depend on him for help and vote for him. Others point out that under his rule, the state’s economic growth has slowed down a lot compared to before.
Bharat Mathukumilli, the TDP’s Vishakapatnam MP candidate, even says that Jagan’s party is trying to take credit for things they didn’t do, like pressuring a big company into saying they helped with a project in Vizag. But Bharat challenges them to prove it.
He also brings up examples of good projects started by the previous government that Jagan’s team either stopped or tried to take credit for themselves. It seems like there’s a lot of back-and-forth about who’s really responsible for what’s happening in Andhra Pradesh.
