Sarasota, FL: The Circus Arts Conservatory 2024 (CAC), America’s sole nonprofit merging professional circus displays, youth circus training, and outreach initiatives, is delighted to announce the launch of its 26th year, featuring a spectacular array of events. This season promises mesmerizing performances, showcasing talent that spans generations and cultures.
New Collaboration with Nik Wallenda: “Brave New Wonderland”
Witness the magic unfold in “Brave New Wonderland,” a captivating holiday extravaganza directed and headlined by the renowned “King of the High Wire,” Nik Wallenda. Running from November 18 to December 31, 2023, at the Holiday-themed Big Top at the East District at UTC, this immersive experience combines the festive spirit with world-class circus acts, bringing joy and wonder to Sarasota-Bradenton. The tickets cost between $30 and $75.
Youth Brilliance Takes Center Stage: Sailor Circus Academy
The Sailor Circus Academy presents “Candyland,” a dazzling production where young talents aged 8-18 showcase their acrobatic prowess. From December 27 to 31, 2023, at the Sailor Circus Arena, witness these budding performers flip, fly, and reach new heights. Tickets are available at $20-$40.
Harmonious Fusion: Windjammers featuring Sailor Circus Academy
On January 14, 2024, at the Sailor Circus Arena, experience the pleasant melodies of retired circus musicians in the Windjammers performance. Accompanied by the expertise of Sailor Circus Academy students, this show offers classic circus tunes, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Admission is free, with donations warmly appreciated.
Elegance Meets Artistry: Circus Arts Gala
Join us on February 2, 2024, at the Ulla Searing Big Top on Nathan Benderson Park’s Regatta Island for an exclusive evening of fine dining and extraordinary artistry. Tickets for this unique event, supporting CAC’s outreach programs, are available for $350.
International Spectacle: Circus Sarasota

Musical Marvels: Cirque des Voix®
In collaboration with The Key Chorale, Cirque des Voix® comes to life on March 22-23, 2024, at the Sailor Circus Arena. This unique show merges live singing and music with exhilarating acts performed by professional circus artists and Sailor Circus Academy students. Ticket sales commence on December 12, 2023.
Dance to Make a Difference: WONDER BALL
We will announce the date for WONDERBALL, an electronic dance music (EDM) concert set for April 2024. This electrifying event not only offers an incredible musical experience but also supports CAC’s youth education programs. Ticket details will be available this fall.
Spring Extravaganza: Sailor Circus Red Troupe “Spring Show”
On May 4-5, 2024, the Sailor Circus Arena hosts the Sailor Circus Red Troupe “Spring Show.” Audiences of all ages can anticipate breathtaking aerial displays, heart-stopping acrobatics, contortion acts, and light-hearted comedy. The tickets for this mesmerizing performance cost $20-$40.
